How you get to our trips, and how you can pay for them.
Travel
Every trip says how you get there. For stays in the Czech Republic you usually travel on your own. For trips abroad the flight is normally included — what exactly the price covers is listed under “What's included”.
Nothing is sent by post: the booking confirmation and all further instructions come by e-mail.
Ways to pay
You can pay online through the payment gateway — by card or with a bank button — or by bank transfer. The booking form shows which options a trip offers. Trips abroad are paid according to the package travel contract we send you to sign.
Paying by card
We accept Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard and Maestro cards, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. This is how it works:
- In the booking form you choose “Pay online” and send the booking.
- We take you to the secure Comgate payment gateway.
- You enter your card details, or pay with Apple Pay or Google Pay.
- You confirm the payment with your bank, usually in its mobile app (3D Secure).
- You return to our website, and we send you a payment confirmation by e-mail.
The amount is charged to your card as soon as the payment is confirmed.
Paying with a bank button
A quick transfer straight from your internet banking:
- On the payment gateway you choose your bank.
- You log in to your internet banking, where the payment is already filled in — amount, account and reference.
- You confirm the payment and return to our website.
The bank confirms the payment to us immediately, so your place is paid at once.
Bank transfer
If you choose a transfer, we e-mail you the account number, the payment reference (variable symbol) and the amount. Your place is guaranteed once the payment reaches our account.
Who processes the payments
Online payments are processed for us by the Comgate payment gateway. The provider, Comgate, a.s., is a licensed payment institution supervised by the Czech National Bank. Payments made through the gateway are fully secured and all information is encrypted. More about the gateway at https://www.comgate.eu/cs/platebni-brana.
